|Recommended: YesLife at Alister Sunset Valley — An amazing property I just moved in and Tonya Crenshaw has been an amazing leasing agent. Abe the maintenance tech is also great. Not only does he come out to repair but he gives you an understanding of why you’re having the problem. I love it here a great place to call home.

I cannot handle new management, very ------- and make ridiculous charges at point where we had to leave and file legal. Lucky we got away with all fake charges since they failed to present their information and receipt of charges. Be cautious, their maintenance supervisor is pure ------- and bossy around the campus. They would host big pool party and use apartment caddy to park on beside pool gate, disrespect resident and took over whole grill. Apartment is full infested, not safety and security patrol have been replaced four times because there are constantly unsafe surrounded in the night time. Gate and pool always open to everyone from 8am to 8pm Ekkk . Dog park is worst, always so smelly and nasty, they don’t care at all and they care mostly about feces, got charged 150 for no reason until after 3 days of trying reach out manager, they said because of maintenance saw me abandoned dog fece, even I don’t

Our community has been under the same ownership and professional management since June 2024, and policies regarding pet ownership, community cleanliness, and resident conduct have remained consistent. In this instance, the household did have a dog, and there were multiple written communications sent to residents community-wide regarding pet waste expectations and the associated fines for non-compliance. Charges related to pet waste are only applied after documented observation by staff and follow established policy.
We strive to accommodate all residents, including those with disabilities, and encourage communication through multiple available channels, including in-person visits and written correspondence.
Regarding maintenance, amenities, and security: our team works continuously to address concerns, vendors, and patrol coverage as needed, and we document inspections and corrective actions regularly. While no community is without occasional challenges, claims of widespread safety or sanitation neglect do not reflect the documented efforts and standards upheld at this community.

|Recommended: YesTv in gym — My only complaint is we can’t watch tv in the gym. No remote controls no tv access. Thank You
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The TVs in the fitness center are set to run automatically through Atmosphere TV, which controls the programming and settings. If you’re interested in using AirPlay or exploring available options, please feel free to contact the leasing office and our team will be happy to assist. |Recommended: NoMy bathroom ceiling has been leaking for over two weeks now and there has been absolutely no urgency to get that fixed. It’s unhygienic and overall unacceptable given how much we pay in rent. — My bathroom ceiling has been leaking for over 3 weeks. With complaints and requests submitted this is unsanitary and unacceptable given how much we pay in rent.

|Recommended: NoBroken — Front gate is always broken Car theft is a reoccurring issue, you will hear your neighbors all the time, walls are super thin and very poor insulation. The walls and windows are not well sealed, very inefficient climate control in the apartment, expect to pay a fortune in heating and air conditioning. very reactive never proactive. Live somewhere else

|Recommended: NoNest removal warning — reminder that under the 1918 migratory bird treaty act that it IS illegal to remove active barn swallow nests. i’ll give y’all the benefit of the doubt and believe that there were no eggs but it definitely was not an abandoned nest. great first impression from new management. might i suggest regular building cleaning that doesn’t involve harassing the wildlife and breaking federal law
Thank you for your review. I am not sure who removed the nest, but we are aware of the 1918 Migratory Bird Treaty and adhere to it. Hopefully we can change your first impression of Millcreek.
